Men’s haircut…I need help!

Getting my haircut today. Been a while since, and I now have mid length hair, which I’m loosely slicking back. I normally have the side parting, skin fade that everyone has….i also have a pretty long beard at the moment too…I’m in 2 minds whether to keep my hair longer as I quite like running my hair through it and when others do to…

What’s everyone’s thoughts….long hair and long beard or short hair and short beard?

I've got mid length hair now.

It's not been cut since early march.

But I want to grow it because it's becoming thin and receding and I want it long before it's noticeable.

Ah man, I just checked your age, if you aren’t receding already I think you’ll be golden. I’m the same, I have a really good head of hair which at my age is a feat!

Is that a preference for you?

I could try that…I do prefer to have more than “bum fluff” on my face, as I have quite light hair, I need it longer otherwise it looks a bit dirty lol

Is it! I'm really surprised by that is it common for men to lose their hair in their 30s?

I prefer a short beard and short hair personally but long hair and long beard can look good as long as it's kept clean and well groomed.

I do think though that wearing your hair how *you* prefer it is the way forward

So majority of my friends have either taken the plunge and Bic’d it or are ungraciously holding on…I do want to say something…but it’s a tough subject.

I may try short/short…in the summer (late June) I’ll probably go with a French crop and short beard.

When my hair is out and long I refer my beard to be a little bit shorter.

When my hair is shorter or in canerows I think a longer beard fits better.

I shave my hair to a number 2 sometimes a 1, trim my beard to a 2 and i love it
