First day of healthy eating today, had a big bowl of fruit for brekkie.

Well, when I say big bowl of fruit........ Terry's chocolate orange.

Still counts though, right?

Coffee is absolutely good for you!!!!

Scientifically proven time over but media keeps banging on about caffeine like it’s a bad thing.

All over

Not good with breakfast if I was honest but try. Usually some granola or a a couple of croisants unless on holiday when I go to town. Also the occasional bacon buttie as you do. When you read how much sugar is what is sold as healthy breakfast os astonishing.

Manchester / Cardiff

Porridge with Honey. 🍯

Nothing to do with being all healthy, windswept and interesting; I just couldn't be arsed to cook the bacon 🥓 (I'm now thinking like a Hobbit, 'second breakfast' is on the cards)

Chocolate orange is a well known breakfast dish though. Often eaten by children at 4 am in Christmas morning

Well spotted JB, the gym sketch is brilliant.

Bagels have a less fattening centre, just like Polo mints.

It made me laugh so much when I first watched it 😂

Oh that why I have them. Fewer calories in foods with holes hence my bagel and doughnut diet 😇
