If you have to be meet verified to verify someone else then how did anyone ever get verified in the first place?

I assume it was gradual. Verification maybe didn’t initially need to be from someone verified, that stipulation coming later

That almost sounds like "chicken and egg" question. But you can also get verified by cam, and then you can verify others. Most don't trust just cam veris though.
