"Do you express your emotions or suppress them?" Both. Sometimes it wouldn't be fair to express how I'm feeling in the moment because it's an instinctive response and perhaps not an accurate insight in to how I'm really feeling. Or I don't have the headspace for conflict so rather than saying "actually, you did make me feel x, y and z bevause of this" I choose to suppress and save my peace. Certain things I'm happy to express my emotions on. ![]() | |||
