Manchester(ish).

I'd recommend spending time alone, being happy being yourself.

And if you have them, quality time with friends and if you want to, spend time with family.

I'd not be in a hurry to jump into a new relationship.

If you have hobbies, sports etc, get those going too.

Good luck OP.

Spend time on yourself - get used to enjoying life on your own and then look to add to it again.

It make take a little while but it's worth it.

That's a really nice thing to say. Thank you.

And let me say in return that I am sorry that you are so lonely.

Allow yourself to grieve for the loss of your relationship

Talk to friends and family about how you feel, don't bottle things

Keep yourself busy with a hobby etc

I know it doesn't feel like it but it will get better x

It’s completely understandable and normal to feel down after a break up. Make a bingo grid of things that make you happy whether that spending time with friends, going for a walk, coffee and cake with a friend, going to the gym etc. Then just pick one of the things and go and do it. Don’t dwell on things you cannot control. Although it maybe cloudy today, the sun is still shining above those clouds they’ll fade away soon enough

Been there buddy, do something that takes your mind off it.

Definitely go to the gym, you'll feel better for it. Maybe go to a swingers club when better
