Makeup is really individual. It depends on your skin tone, texture, the look you want to go for, etc.

I am rubbish at makeup and do the same routine I have since 1991 but I like it, makes me feel confident and I’ve not got any complaints yet the 2 times I’ve had makeup done professionally I’ve scrubbed my face clean and done the job myself! 😂😂😂

As a guy who's worn a lot of heavy theatrical makeup the best tip's I could give you are get a good primer for skin and don't skip that step. Similarly invest in products for cleaning your face really well and moisturising afterwards.

Thankyou. I have a really good skincare regime.

And I'm blessed with baby super soft skin. And not at all hairy! I struggle to grow stuble, never-ending anything else!

A good starting point is to get a foundation that's close to your natural skin tone! Experiment with inexpensive foundations until you find the right shade then go upmarket a bit!

I’m still shit. My advice is anyone is beautiful in a dim lit bar OP, me and my friends hate when they turn the lights on!🤪

Practice practice practice! Good base helps, pigmented eyeshadow and heaps of YouTube/ TikTok tutorials!❤️

Less is more, don't go crazy, a bit of eyeliner some lipstick and don't forget the wig, wigs can change the shape of your face totally!

And smile 😃

A decent primer is always a good start, I use Estée Lauder. I’ve always had trouble with foundation so switched to Oskia Nutri Bronze a few years ago and that sits much better on my skin xx

Go for the rock look you can get away with lousy makeup skills then.... I've been doing it for years....😸 whether I've got away with it or not is another matter...but no one's ever said anything to me..😸
