I've heard of this phenomenon and am terrified (cos I'm not exactly that generously endowed as it is).

Apparently, a penis can decrease in length as you get older, especially at the far end of middle age.

Anyone experienced or knows about this?

Mine gets smaller when it's cold.

But I've not (at least yet) noticed a change in size due to age. Still the same as its been for decades and despite a fair but of wear and tear over the years it hasn't worn down due to overuse.

Many things can effect this.

Testosterone levels dropping and weight gain to be a top few.

Diet can cause this too due to fatty foods reducing blood flow around the body
