Am I the only person who, when looking at a single male profile, and sees them talking about being totally straight and goes on quite vehemently about how they don't want bi curious or bi men _iewing or fabbing or breathing (ok that last bit might be an exaggeration) thinks perhaps they might protest a bit too much??

Of course I did! And fabbed a pic! I might send a wink and friend request too and an invite to Brighton for a weekend with the undersanding that we wouldn't tell his wife and that his Brighton Rock insertion was really a dreadful accident.

I think it's more a case of 90% of men on here are absolute dick heads. You see the same block capital warnings on female and couple profiles saying NO SINGLE MALES or no MALES UNDER 30 etc etc we never see anyone writing in block capitals moaning about female users.... why? Because women aren't desperate dick heads and take time to read profiles and respect others.

So in conclusion it has nothing to do with sexuality.... it's because most men (not all) are deluded inconsiderate pricks.

i been blocked just for looking at male profiles,i no intention messeging as never do. and just because i _iew a guy..dont mean i fancy them..im just nosing about. its like some block me like im gonna fancy them..which is so funny!!

also in furums when tried have laugh with guys...some ignore me yet reply to women.does make me laugh as furums is just chat. but generaly many nice guys about who can have good banter and a laugh. but some guys only do if someone there type and fancy them i find.

I havent seen a profile that denies bi men yet but when I do I love the idea above of fabbing his pics. Will even send a message commenting on his manhood lol and ending in kisses heehee, maybe I need to confess that sin (see another post).

You'll be amazed at how many guys who clearly have straight on profile and only look for females actually contact me & are secretly bi. I think it might be because they know I value discretion highly

Going by this thread it sort of proves my point....they may be getting mails from people they say they don't want

there are lots of threads about from females or couples complaining of the same thing....I wonder if the reaction is different...will go nose

If that's the case then why don't they set their filters properly? I'm a bi-male but I've blocked single guys from mailing me and don't have them on my 'Looking For' list and they don't show up on my looked at me list.

I don't care if they look or fab my pics though...

Totally agree, too many people complain about one set of people mailing them when not bothering to use their filters

I was answering the question though rather than trying to pre empt why they don't filter.

I have got to say though Ruggers that having it written quite aggressively 2,3,4,5 and even 6 times actually really would put me off when I was meeting. It either made me think the guy was actually quite homophobic (but only towards men so do we call that sexist homophobic) or was protesting way too much for my liking. Its a strange one.

I suppose any ranty profile puts us off.....but I was just going on the fact that a lot of men complain about men mailing them asking for meets when they are straight...so they are trying to get their point across.

A bit like the people who shout about timewasters on their profiles.

All rants on profiles put us off though

True, then again, if the amount of mail i got from bi or gay guys "chancing their arm" compared to mail received in total were to increase to the point past "nuisance", then i'd use the (seemingly extreme) filter. As it stands, it isn't enough to warrant me pulling my hair out.

To be fair, I was on here about a year before I found the forums. I didn't realise there were filters until I read it on the forums. So 99.01% of the site might not realise either.

I don't like ranty profiles either but I do understand why people get that way. There's some right muppets out there.
