A member messaged me this morning from 400 miles away and asked to meet.i very politely declined saying he was too far away .and also a member the other day made arrangements to meet up so I book a hotel room and guess what he never showed .so I made two complaints to the site doing it officially. Nothing has been sorted to my knowledge they were never contacted and they are still operating normally on here .so I put a warning on my profile warning of this timewaster and have been warned by the site .what a complete corrupt site this is that has no consideration to anyone but it's bank balance .when I declined to the first guy he wrote back .that's alright you are too fat a pig bird for me anyway .maybe true maybe not but the moderater did nothing but warn me for bad mouthing ..awful way to treat a member

We have had very similar happen to us a few times, we also went down the proper channels and reported them but like you nothing gets done.

So you only complained to the site this morning? What if you are the only person to ever complain about these people? They just have to take your word for it? I am sure they have a process and it would take longer than you have given them for sure... Patience is key on here, whatever the context

we had a couple of these, abusive guys who's been politely turned down and can't accept it. and reported, and same outcome. even reported one profile which had all fake photos (reversed image searched) and again, nothing. Frustrating but part of the site I guess.

I gave up reporting fake pics, (we also use reverse image search) nothing gets done

I complained monday about the 2nd guy I just wrote it in the wrong order.. so what you arr saying is if God forbid a woman was attacked by a man in the street police wouldn't do anything until there was more than one attack

I do better than that if I have thier number which some are stupid enough to give in 1st message I.e 07xxxxxx17 call me hun I will fuxx you hard etc .I keep the number and have many times put it on a toilet wall saying something that will get some sort of attention..fab can't stop that at least

It's best not to reply if not interested. If you reply politely you're likely to get an abusive message (as you have) as some don't take rejection well. We would advise not to book a hotel room for a meet with someone you've never met as no as shows are common.i have tried "
not answering someone messaged me at least 17 times in one day from 4 different profiles a simple x off worked in the end

If he’s got inside your head like this he’s won twice and probably laughing at seeing the post.

Complaining about personal abuse is difficult unless you can provide a whole string of messages or anyone could complain about anyone falsely

Not saying it’s right but crack on, get under a good guy and your smile will soon reappear.

Definitely block and don’t enter into a conversation even with 400 mile guy, treat it as junk mail through your letterbox(you don’t reply to those)

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

Admin

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
