help needed.. laptop related

the mousepad on my lappy wont work.. ive tried the FN & f5 thing and nothing works.

all other buttons on my keyboard are working except the FN key. Is there any other options that can help me?

Going into your control panel, mouse and devices or something like that. Should have some track pad options in there, have a look around there see if there's an enable option.

Plug an external mouse in and update your drivers

If the Fn key isnt working you wont be able to re enable the trackpad anyway.

USB mouse about £4 from Asda (other stores available).
