Crazy ain't it when you listen to the song.

What people don't realise with Toto is that they're all highly trained and experienced session musicians. You've all probably heard Steve Lukather's guitar playing 10 times a day on the radio without knowing it. Beat It by Michael Jackson is the perfect example. He played the riff and rhythm guitar parts while Eddie Van Halen played the solo. I think in an interview a couple of years back he stated that he'd played on over 5000 albums!

Rarely known fact.....Chris Difford only sang lead on this song because Glenn kept tripping over the words in the studio, he just couldn't manage the fast pace of the lyrics so Chris (who wrote the lyrics) took over.

I have a copy of the recording with both Chris and Glenn taking turns to sing lead. Jools Holland can be heard uncontrollably giggling in the background.
