Sorry for the questions but, how does a browser live in a folder? Is it like you have pinned tabs on the private browser that the shortcut is in a secret folder

Sorry for the questions but, how does a browser live in a folder? Is it like you have pinned tabs on the private browser that the shortcut is in a secret folder "

The app is inside a folder with a different name, not with my other apps. So you'd only know it was there if you went into the folder from my home screen. I thought it was quite a common thing to do?
