What's the right thing to do if meeting a person for the first time. Or what do you prefer. Hand shake, hug, wave and say Hi/hello.

Everyone is different, I don't let people into my personal space easily. So anyone trying to hug me when we meet for the first time is going to put me in a very uncomfortable position. But as everyone likes different things, work with them, ask the person you're about to meet what they'd be comfortable with.

Depends on what that chat has been like and if it’s just a social, if it’s meet for coffee to just feel each other out then just a peck on the cheek and a slight hug but would give her space after that.

But you can deffo arrange more kinky stuff like “hand me your underwear when we meet” sort of stuff if it’s pre arranged.

If you are not sure you really can't go wrong with doing absolutely nothing. No need to add to the awkwardness.

After that it's perfectly reasonable to play it by ear and go with how it feels. Let them lead and go with the flow.
