After that, breakfast out, the gym and no doubt some dull post holiday admin. On Sunday, an open water swim will definitely feature.

Oh! Gosh. Pumpkin spice. Right now a few places are doing tiramisu coffees and they're heavenly.

I'm only meant to have two coffees max a week, slightly exceeding that now it's warmer.
