With approximately 300 pubs closing in the first few months of 2025 we need to stop the slide.

So we’re buying a pub together and we need ideas to make it a success

The upside down pineapple.tips have a extra pump but barrel from whole sale after hours serve bottles do basic pub food chips jacket potatoes and burgers.

Whether as a guest beer/cider along side something main stream and then stocking the most popular.

There are a lot of very good craft beers and ciders out there.

The pub should have a food served every day.

Where we live you can actually get a meal every single day in each pub for free.

Like a cottage pie Monday

Chicken curry Tuesday

Chilli wednesday

Corn beef hash Thursday

Etc....

And the alcoholics go to each pub on each day for the food.

But yours should have 1 stingy but good menu item each day in a big dish so they can pay a small amount and get food with the alcohol.

Deep pockets. Great chef . Correct area for location / footfall

Strong marketing presence to drive people to pub

Affordable beverages / food in relation to income of area of people. Not all areas are equal fiscally
