Do you ever try a fruit smoothie with sparkling water?..

Bananas and strawberries work well, add half a glass of sparkling water.

I've got watermelon, berries and grapes to do later. Again, add 1/2 cup of sparkling water...and it tricks your brain that you're having a soft drink..

As good as an ice lolly on a hot day.😀🙂

Not as good as they used to be (like most things) and the middle chocolate bit is a bit chewy…definitely not a thirst quencher at all!
