Rum with a can of tropical Red Bull and loads of ice, three or four shots in a glass and just knock it back and then have another.

What’s your fix ?

I like to play a game for an entire day to reset my mind.

By focusing only on the game I don't think about anything else.

This could be viewed as selfish but I am absolutely overwhelmed thinking About stuff like work or any argument over the week. Or I'm just lacking a rest.

After I do a day in a game then wake up a day later I process the last week with more clarity and feel fresh.
