Is a shaved head classed as bald

As the subject says is a shaved head

classed as bald, personaly i have a skin head most the time and but can grow my hair. To me bald is the inability to grow hair.

Whats your thoughts

I class myself as bald because I can’t grow hair at the front in an arch (extended receding hairline kinda shape) so to save myself looking like a bell end who’s trying to cling on to what’s left, I bic the lot off.

Been shaving my head since I was 18, back then it was a full thick head of hair ....now if I grow it out would probably be abit thin and patchy. Bald,skinhead,egg head,slaphead, Duncan goodhew I've heard them all! And i honestly couldn't care less what it's called doing my hair is one less job to do
