TV licence. Nobody should have to pay to watch live TV in this day and age,and the people prosecuted for watching without one are often vulnerable people.

IF we're being altruistic, then it would be medicine/health care/dentistry etc. A lot of people's quality of life would be vastly improved if they didn't have to worry about the cost of basic medicines for themselves and their families.

Tissues should be free. It’s disgusting that people with a cold should have to pay for Tissues. It’s not like people can opt out of catching the flu.
