What makes you happy ? Non sexual.

I'm sat outside in the garden in the shade, it's looking lovely, hubby worked hard on it over the weekend, it's so green with flashes of colour. It has some toys for the grandchildren. It's quiet with the distant sound of cars but lots of bird song close by. There's a gentle breeze stirring the trees and plants, we have a lot of trees despite the garden not being huge.

It feels so calm and lovely and really helps my mental health which is generally rubbish at the moment. I don't really understand mindfullness but i hope that's what i'm feeling now.

What makes you happy, non sexual ? Do you like sitting in the garden or a green space near you ?

Motorsport. I'm not brave enough to do it but love the sounds and smells. Nothing makes me happier than being perched on the side of a track, headphones on, flag in hand. Dirty, sweaty and noisy!

Kids obviously but I like time alone … just being with dog and going for walks, sunsets, being by the water and the tranquility that brings my soul. Oh and wine and pizza.

For me it's either sitting in the garden listening to the water of the ponds and watching the trains go around the garden - or - those late night conversations with your friends were you're talking pure nonsense but you're laughing, cracking jokes and making memories

Listening to music 🎧 really helps me to stay grounded.

I also love sitting in the garden and just being amongst nature I particularly love when Mr Squirrel makes an appearance.

Movies 🍿 help me into escapism just live it.

Getting to know a piece of classical music, like a symphony or concerto or something, and really understanding what's happening in it and how it is constructed.

Also playing the piano and learning a piece really well.

Going to a place that is full on historic, that you can see the historical monuments. Like for example Knossos in Crete or Perge in Turkey or Pompeii in Italy.

I always like the outdoors and nature. Prefer that to a concrete jungle.

.

A really good iced coffee on a warm day.

Cooking for loved ones/friends.

Similar to you OP, being out in the garden. Especially in the early hours when the world is asleep bar the birdsong. It's soothing.

My current music fixation, whatever that might be (it's Cook. Of course it's Cook)

Making someone laugh, that genuine kind when their eyes crinkle in joy.

A woodland walk, even more so if foraging happens.

Reading. I love that quiet relaxed state when you're both reading and not interacting but happy. Content.

Cocktails. With good company.
