As an avid theatre goer I'm always interested in what people are seeing.

I only have starlight express and the gardening club musical booked so far for the rest of the year.

But what have you got booked?

Reading

I'm seeing Jane Eyre as a ballet at Sadlers Wells this week.

I have My Neighbour Totoro booked in July

I'm seeing a NT Live version of A Streetcar Named Desire in June

I've got some time off at the end of this month, I might look for what's showing.

Been to the Garrick several times, nice theatre, not seen anything at the globe, but I am going to Stratford-upon-Avon in a few weeks so looking forward to seeing Shakespeare's theatre there, not going to watch anything just have a visit

So many people have recommended that to me, hope you enjoy it and maybe I'll get to see it eventually

"Book of Mormons and Bat Out of Hell"

I have a home made IOU voucher for a ticket to the book of Mormon from my friends as a birthday party, just have to work out when we're going.

Bat out of hell I saw for the second time on my birthday, I LOVE meatloaf, and to have meatloaf songs with a Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet type plot, fantastic

Manchester

Going to see "Hamlet Hail To The Thief" on Thursday in Manchester, Thom Yorke has scored the play with music taken from the radiohead album. The reviews seems pretty positive so hoping it will be good.

Went to see a variety show called WAKE recently and LOVED it, highly recommend.

My friends saw that last month, unfortunately I wasn't available to go, they said it was unusual but fun, which sounds right up my street

Yeah, it was both touching and thought provoking, as well as sexy and hilarious. Fused poetry, dance, comedy, cabaret, pole dancing, aerial acrobatics, Irish dancing and folk music with pop and electronica. It was mad but brilliant.

Sorry I missed your post. I've not been to a ballet, I enjoys plays, think I'll have to broaden my theatre genre a give ballet a try, all I know is its tutus and bulging tights, so I'll need recommendations on good ones for beginners

I saw The Comedy about Spies yesterday, then Moulin Rouge and Evita in July and The Lion King in September. I need to book some more for the rest of the year.
