"Those of you who follow the one meal a day diet for whatever reasons such as losing or regulating weight, what exactly is it you eat? Curious if it's just the same meal or you switch it up. " Started out because of procrastination but now enjoying it I can say I’ve seen a visible difference in me belly. I am not following any diet or something eating a takeaway or cooked meal at home but once a day. | |||

"I'm a OMAD guy, always a big dinner but don't feel hunger during the day. I've been like that for years and I'm pretty sure it's why I'm only just developing a dad bod ![]() So what would it be then usually? I'm trying to figure out what that one meal would typically look like 😄 | |||
