I work with a lot of folk sub 30 and they are normally surprised when I say I'm in my mid 50's

There are tell tale signs now - facial fuzz is pure white now (when I allow it to grow)

Laughter lines are now a permanent feature

I have to stifle the creaks when I stand up these days too
