In the gym gotta be back or legs. Love a good back pump, when you feel the fabric in your t shrt stretching. Or your legs and glutes pumped as you walk out.

Dead lift , squats, shoulder press , shrugs, bench press and bicep curl. If I had to pick one probably dead lift, if I’m feeling low and not in the mood for training, I’ll just go and do 10 sets of dead lift with my headphones on

Legs, back and shoulders for me. I've actually been quite locked in on bench for the past few weeks which has usually been a sticking point for me so that's felt great too!

Heavy deadlifts which is not a muscle group but exercise I know. But it hits the glutes, abs, pelvic floor muscles and gives you a strong grip.

Love deadlift, not trained it for a while following elbow surgery as the pull Aggravates it.

My max was 230kg for reps

Farmers walk 110kg per hand for a lap

Less volume allows you to add more intensity with what you do keep.

I’ve been watching a lot of pro bodybuilders recently and they’re all about recovery. Too much junk volume means you can’t recover by the next time you hit that muscle group in a typical PPL routine. So my options were either train less often or reduce volume and as I train for my mental health as well as my body, taking more rest days wasn’t an option.

Yeah I try to train with really high intensity, but only hit about 6 different exercises per session. And I time my rest to make sure time between sets is consistent.

You definitely don't need as much volume as you think. My quads and hams get 6-8 sets per week total and growing just fine.

I train them but hate every second of it. It’s a common misconception that abs are made in the kitchen. You should train them like any other other muscle group.

I recently lost a considerable amount of body fat and just expected to have decent abs but that wasn’t the case. I’ve been training them consistently for about 3 months and they’re looking 10x better. Yes some people will genetically have better abs but you should still train them like any other muscle group.
