Do you know how it works, there’s a clue in the title. You have to say something that people rave on about being great , is expensive, but in your opinion, it’s really not worth it.

Or something that despite costing a lot, do you think is worth it?

Or both, in the same thread or play twice. It’s that easy they are the rules please don’t break any of them or I will be sending you away on a holiday for a few days.

I’ll start.

Jamaican blue Mountain coffee £36 for 200g bag it’s alright, but it’s really not worth it.

Creed or Halfetti , cost a fortune, but you is a small bit and it lasts for hours, it’s worth it.

IPTV - 1 year £50, well worth it.

Heinze tomato sauce, rapidly approaching £5 a bottle. Absolutely not worth it. Go for Daddies.

Jamaican Blue Mountain is indeed worth it. Deceptively mild and uncharacteristically robust but quaffable nevertheless. The key is to drink it infrequently in order to heighten the appreciation for it.

Yeah I hardly ever use pre-made sauces so just get Aldi’s. I don’t understand IPTV , I have Apple TV which is free with Barclays and just buy movies through it

Is it worth it or not worth it?

Personally, I think a mesmerising Oud with real gold flakes is worth it….. the rest , no difference to Bailiss and Harding, TK MAX quality.

Agreed. I think the idea of loo role is a bit weird…. It reminds me of trying wipe chocolate off the kids faces with a dry tissue, you just wouldn’t, unless you were really daft. But if you’re gonna , then buy the cheap stuff 👍

I’ve never seen anything by Damien Hurst, but I agree, it’s the worst type of art. I would rather go and visit a banana stuck on a wall with duct tape. North Devon is lovely.

Oh, I missed this one, but I have to disagree. How are you doing? Your blue mountain? I’ve tried a couple of different ways, three-quarter course in a cafiterre and 1/4 fine in an espresso machine using a double wall high-pressure filter & both times I’m really not impressed. It’s definitely the proper stuff blue baron estate roasted on the 3rd of May.

I love Halfetti it reminds me of all the Arabic perfume oils in the gulf, and the women like it too surely that’s all that matters ?

He does a wide range of styles and a lot of his work is incredible. Definitely not “the worst type”. Check out his installation in Venice a few years ago, for example.

Designer handbags.. cost a fortune then too worried about using them/marking them.

Much prefer a Thai sourced knock off they look like the real thing but without worrying about placing said bag on the floor on a night out!

I once got told off by someone for placing my LVT on the floor.. it twas a fake I didn’t give a shit..
