Just a shout out to all those runners out there,

Whether you can do a Marathon in under 4 hours, or it takes you an hour for your parkrun we are all runners.

Good luck in the heat this weekend.

What’s your discipline/motivation tricks?

I ran so I can eat more Pizza

And the hot and sweaty Dadbod look is a hit with the playground mums (in my head at least lol)

Sadly due to an fucked up back I cannot run anymore and am really pissed off.

So I walk instead, will be doing 11miles tomorrow.

My favourite thing used to be running in the rain, nothing quite like it, not a fan of the heat still managed to do a few marathons in my time and ironman (which includes marathon) Ironman Austria 2006

It was 42 degrees during the run hotter in places 🏊🚴🏃🥵
