this is why I asked! 😊 Curious as to what the health benefits are and if they're worth it?!

Because I had a pink raspberry lemonade one today (sounds devine right?)... tasted like I'd found a three week old packet of beetroot at the back of the fridge and decided to drink the juice!

For me, I felt a slight improvement in digestion etc..(no other major notes..)
