Which would win...a race horse (including jockey) or a greyhound? Ran over 200 yards, slightly uphill with a gentle breeze from the rear.

If a professional cyclist from the Tour de France cycled 100 miles on their bike and 100 miles on a £500 bike stock off the shelf what would the time difference be?

I'd say horse. Greyhound hits its pace faster than a horse but the horse has a lot more power so I'd guess it would quickly overtake.

I've set up the challenge in a field near me...results to follow.

Hang on, does the greyhound have a jockey? I feel like that could change things.

How is it you can knock back 5-7 pints in an evening but you'd struggle to drink 2 pints of water in that same time ?
