I'd say you're slim, not skinny.

I've been skinny, and I've had sex with skinny men and pelvic bones can be quite painful.

Yours don't seem to stick out like on skinny people.

Same here, I consider myself to slim (apart from a very slight case of middle-age-drift); my ribs are no longer visible through my skin.
