Is it common amongst women to have a bi sexual experience at some at some stage in life? A lady told me it's more common than I think but I think otherwise

It really comes down to how we are defining common.

I’ve kissed a couple of women but I wouldn’t really class that as a bi experience

In our, albeit somewhat limited experience, it’s less common than we imagined it would be. Many ladies are happy to be curious and give it a try, but far fewer are genuinely confident in their bisexuality and actively seek out female play as part of a couples encounter.

Pretty Common I would say.

It's very common on here and I think it's why many ladies join. It's not something that would ever be for me though.

Think a lot of women on here have bi on their profile - women seem to be able to be more upfront about their sexuality, unlike men.

I wouldn't describe myself as bi-sexual. I'm not sexually or romantically attracted to women. However, I 'go with the flow' in clubs and parties and have had quite a few sexual experiences with women which I've enjoyed. And a few I've not enjoyed so much. But fundamentally I don't get hung up with labels, and concentrate more on having fun and enjoying myself.

How come I wonder ladies can be more upfront about their sexuality and accept it? where as men seem to quite reserved about it? Even on here?

.

Lots of reasons OP. Female sexuality is still seen as oh so hot through the male gaze. It's actively encouraged. Men with men? Eurgh etc. There's also the old idea of men who have sex with other men engaging in riskier sexual activities - people might not want to meet men who do so they won't mention it in their profile. The old straight but not actually straight.

I've met women in couples where it's painfully obvious the woman isn't bisexual yet they still say they are. It would be better if everyone could celebrate their sexuality, be open about it and not feel pressure. Sadly we're some way off from a Utopia.
