Mayfair

Baroque music, sometimes acid jazz, Bristolian trip-hop or even psychedelic rock, over a glass of Rosé and a few nachos or even a handcrafted Gin & Tonic.

Breathing exercises to complement my mindfulness or some light reading to uplift my mood or perhaps some cooking which I find is a perfect 'de-stress' and quite therapeutic.

Catching up with Fab friends on Telegram.

There's lots of disparate and eclectic things, OP. Nothing is regimented for me.

Reading

Lately? Music, listening to an audiobook or writing. The writing has become the most unexpected thing that's happened this year.

I genuinely can’t remember the last time I had enough spare time to just wind down and relax.

Haha yeah I feel that. Seems like there's always something to keep me busy even if I want a day to myself

Even if I get a day off the wife will give me a list of jobs to do and I end up rushed off my feet.

Haha I'm single and am still rushed haha

What I'd give just to get out cycling/mountain for a few hours or have a long deadlifting session to unwind.

Was definitely dog walking of an evening, but the daft git is housebound at the moment healing from some stitches after he ran through some barbed wire!

Won't be long and me the hound will be out again for an evening chill!

land of make believe

I do breathing exercises daily & try to swim in the sea which is both exhilarating & relaxing especially in winter 🥶

Music plays a big part of my life & my go to method for mood regulation.

I also prefer to be barefooted,it helps me feel connected to nature ,which in itself is relaxing.

I like this. I used to do cold plunges in the bath/shower every morning as I'm nowhere close to the sea and not much of a swimmer

Believe me,in winter it is more of a dip 😂

I dont wear a wetsuit because I need the connection to nature.
