So many people engage their abs, buttocks and even thigh muscles when doing them - when it should be an isolated exercise. Lots of folks hold their breath too (especially during long holds), when you should be performing them breathing freely, or at least breathing out on the lift. Different durations and depths of hold make for stronger kegels | |||
