Looking around for a studio apartment and 1-bed flats, and the rates I'm seeing are crazzzyyyyy. Tried Spareroom and Zoopla and yep, insane rates! Also, the cost between a 2-bed and a studio/1-bed is like 50 quid

Have you house hunted recently, what was your experience and which website would you recommend for renting (not buying)?
