But so too will everyone else I’m attracted to, imo they’re much fitter now 😉 And if anyone wants perfection and youth at our age to the point their expectations are unrealistic… red flag for them, not you. Wrinkles, rolls, uneven skin tone, grey hair, aches and pains… none of it means unsexy. Just a different form of sexy to what we’re fed in today’s society. I’d say it’s more about how you carry yourself. Sexy is a state of mind! So put down the insecurities, embrace your ‘imperfections’ and own the shit out of making it this far and still being a hot af mf 👊🏻 😉 | |||

I had a bad accident 6 months ago and I thought at the beginning it was an injury from that but it isn’t. Then my PT told me about it. Adhesive capsulitis. Not every woman experiences it but gosh it is debilitating… 😭😭😭 | |||

On the plus side, I care even less what other people think and am growing old disgracefully. The children are grown up, so we can go out or away at short notice. | |||
