White, although seems to be a minority taste. A fine Fabber recently turned me onto white hot chocolate.🫠

They each have their place and pairings.

For straight-up feasting it would be milk.

White is my favourite in limited quantities, but for a decent nosh milk chocolate (orange) is hard to beat. Galaxy is my favourite brand by far! But your last rolo will do.

If it's made with proper chocolate then milk. I do like dark chocolate in small quantities and white just isn't even chocolate

Here, There & Everywhere

White and milk were taken out of the equation when my diabetes was diagnosed, but I can still have the occasional treat of some dark chocolate. I'm told that the higher % of cocoa it is, the better.

"Which do you prefer? Milk? Dark? Or White?"

When people used to ask me this question about my stepchildren I used to reply, neither, I don’t like any of them. But as a genuine chocaholic, I need all of them daily so I don’t discriminate.

Milk, Dark or White ......

White is not chocolate. End of. It's FAT and sugar without the Cocoa.

Cocoa is what gives chocolate it's healthy properties so the more cocoa and less sugar the best for me.

I look for 70 and 80% bars. Because they are quite bitter the bar lasts a long time as each square is sucked n savoured.

Milk chocolate has less and less and less cocoa in it and more sugar and fat for the sake of profit and has become tasteless wax.

I used to love Cadbury but over the years it has deteriorated. I think it's owned by Kraft the cheese people ...... figures.

When I do buy a bar of milk choc it is gone in less than five mins..... I mean a huge one a small one would be gone in under one min..... it's shitty shite.

Milk is my favourite. I don’t mind dark providing it’s not above 80%.

I didn’t like white chocolate at all until I tried The Dirty Blonde range by Russell & Atwell. It’s stupid how expensive it is but it’s just sublime 👌

Single estate origin for the cocoa beans themselves.

And dark really needs some adornment - like Lindt's dark orange or mint👌🏽
