I played the original a lot. I played Skyrim even more.

Is the new one worth getting now, or is it too buggy?

And... Are they allowing mods?

I've heard it's good but also it jas the weird dynamic of running on unreal 5 to look shiny but on the OG engine meaning the same "features" are in such as maxing lockpick and stealth within the first 5 minutes of the game

AHH that makes no sense, I thought remastered meant they upgraded the game play too.

Nostalgia?

I remember enjoying it at the time tbh. Maybe I've forgotten the bad bits

Id always wait for these games to sort themselves out after 6 months or so. I've just played cyberpunk through without any issues and really enjoyed it, compared to the launch day gripes everyone had

It looks alright tbh I haven’t played it myself.

I did play the original Oblivion and it was really good for the time.

Yeah that's what I did with Cyberpunk and Starfield.

Had an almost seamless experience with CP.

Impulse bought on the day of release.

It looks great but performance outside isn't as good as I'd like, so I'm holding off playing it properly until it has received a few patches or I've upgraded (currently using a 5600X, 3070Ti, 32GB system)

So far it's the same but more shiny.

Although, I think it's worth every penny for the nostalgia... reliving all the famous memes.

Laughed alot. Did feel like it need a patch or 2

Yeah seems like it's worth getting, but maybe not right now. I'll give it a couple months then.

Thank you all 👊🏼

Remastered is usually just graphical upgrades.

Silent hill 2 got a remake which improved many things
