Even though I can go red, especially if it's the 1st few times out in the sun. I've never suffered with pain from sunburn and only peel on a very small patch on my forehead.

Usually, by the morning the red has gone to a golden colour.

But having family members that do and have burnt in the past, they had always said thighs and shoulder blades

Overall I'd say face. Not necessarily bc it hurts the most but bc of ageing effects. I did too many years working outdoors in a hot country in my 20s/30s. I saw a UV scan a few years ago of skin damage on my face and was horrified.

In my early 20’s I once sunburnt my arms and shoulders and although that doesn’t sound too bad it was to the point that after sun was melting when applied. The next day I could barely straighten my arms and it was painful to even move for the rest of the holiday!

Lesson learnt though and since then I only use factor 50 and reapply regularly xx
