I like that too, so any recommendations would be grateful 😂" One of my favourite authors is Peter Straub he wrote the Blue Rose trilogy which starts with Koko they are a good read, he also wrote The Hellfire Club, I felt a bit bad reading that because I was cheering on the serial killer Dick Dart  he also wrote a short story called Mr Clubb and Mr Cuff, it is horrifying but so bloody funny!
Another fav of mine is Dennis Lehane, he wrote Shutter Island and Mystic River both the film and book have me 😭 he has also written other brilliant crime novels. | |||

"Stuart McBride ,Logan Mcrae series, detective set in Aberdeen, well written and good pace. Peter May, Detective Grace series ( now on BBC) but books are better. Lee Child, Jack Reacher, tv series was good but books are even better. " I shall have a look into those thank you | |||
