Women only

Women, you HAVE to make a choice. You can either.

1. Lose your sex drive naturally as you pass childbearing age ( as we all do slowly but surely )

OR

2. You can keep your sex drive and be raging and bang at it until the day you die BUT you will remain fertile and be able to have children into your dotage.

Think about it now .... 1 or 2

I'd chose 2 because I know no different really. I don't want kids, but I'm used to being on contraception so just having to continue that for longer is just the status quo really.

The only thing that would make me reconsider is the fact my body might not be up to task as it ages and I might have other health problems, and nobody wants an accidental pregnancy aged 70

Hmm. It's a tough choice!

2.

Though I am always hoping for an early menopause.

Family history indicates my bloodline go more for the feral post menopause than the dry one 💜

I meant to say you would have continue to HAVE children. Drat n double drat the contraception users......

Hmmmmmmm so if you are going to have the horn forever , are you going to become unfanciable to the male population ? esp. the younger ones.

There are things women can do to try and prevent loss of sex drive and libido.

There's oestrogen both in patches and gel plus there's vaginal oestrogen to keep you nicely wet and stop bladder weakness. You can also get testosterone nowadays too which women also lose as they go through Perimenopause

I don't want to be a Debbie downer on the post but you have choices you don't have to give up on your sex drive.

Also getting more exercise has definitely helped me and I'm a wobbly lady.

There's always a man somewhere that will stick it in literally anything. I don't think they need to worry 💜

If I could comment - there are guys out there who would fuck a potato if they could get their dick into it. Unfanciable isn't likely to be an issue.

.

I've got a heck of a lot of testosterone in me (thanks PCOS) so I think I'll go with 1. Women in my family tend to be quite late menopausal and then go a bit wild. I'm okay with that.

Lube exists.

Maybe 2 though, I've already got a weakness for old codgers.

(Can I continue to HAVE children at the same rate I currently do, ie zero?)

Then you don't have to do Leo. There are some absurdly good looking men who just like to shove it in everything too.

And if they're in short supply, there is a whole big market for sex toys. I recommend the weird tentacle corner myself, but if that's not your thing there's plenty of vibrating and sucking and different sensation toys out there for you to enjoy your elder horn with 💜

I'm actually getting to the point where I don't think I even miss it . I'm also on HRT.

Perhaps if I was inspired enough by someone I might feel differently but honestly it's actually one less thing to think about and that's rather nice

Hormones for me were a bugger, two weeks out of four I felt awful - these days post hysterectomy I'm calm, content and stable. I have a great sex life, so 1 for me.

It's all about what makes you happy and gives you peace. If you prefer life without it then that's okay.

We have the choice.

1.

I am already there. And it’s alright. I really enjoy sex when I am in the mood, which is not often these days.

And while it is fun, sexy etc to have a high sex drive, it is also very fucking distracting and sometimes even uncomfortable… my 20s were a misery haha. Remember I was brought up in a very conservative country where sex before marriage is sinful, so lots of frustration haha. I was also super fertile- 3 kids without trying at all 😂😂😂

So 1. Please and thank you. 🌷

2! Don't even need to think about it. Sexuality is so ingrained in who I am and what I am. When I have sex it makes me feel amazing and is kind of like therapy to me, if I'm having a bad day, sex helps. If I'm feeling depressed, sex helps. If I'm feeling too emotional, sex helps me to regulate my emotions. It's like a reset button to me and my husband is very much aware of this. If I'm acting out or not myself he knows instinctively that I need sex to ground me. Sometimes quite rough, aggressive sex is the only thing that can snap me out of a depressive episode, it enables me to feel something else and balances out my mind.
