What would you do / say / think if, you’ve agreed to go out for a social only and during the starter he casually mentions, weaving into a conversation, that he brought some condoms with him.

For example, what supermarkets do you like, Morrisons I was there for petrol on the way here , bought some condoms….

If it was a social and it came out of nowhere like that it would put me off the main.

Think he always had more than just a social on his mind regardless of what had been agreed. Wouldn't see him again.

I mean I wouldn't normally go for dinner for a social, but I'd probably say "good for you, this food is lovely isn't it. I don't think I'll have the energy for anything after eating this meal. Not sure dinner was a good idea"

I’d wonder why it was being crowbarred in.

Depending on the discussions beforehand I’d potentially feel it was a bit pushy.

.

There's not a man alive who could, let's be more realistic.

A man makes a poor, not subtle joke about them or cocks his eyebrow in what he falsely thinks is a laidback, winning fashion and tells me he has condoms?

I'd ignore him and talk about cheese. Or nip outside to check my friend is okay as I've a few missed calls.

You're welcome Notts.

Oh God, why would the guy casually bring it up like that? 🙈

I won't lie, I'd bring a couple in case anything did happen after but I wouldn't bring it up... But then would that run the risk of coming across as presumptuous if anything did happen? 🤔

A meal that involves a starter and main... I'ma need a nap, not sex! 🤣

I’d probably try to ignore it and start awkwardly discussing the Morrisons petrol part of the statement xx 😄

Would you trim your pubes as well, just in case?

I actually don't see anything wrong with bringing condoms to a social "just incase" as things do get carried away when the chemistry is there, and it's pretty responsible actually.

Trying to force it into conversation in that manner would make me cringe a bit though

Oh definitely. Even if nothing happens, having a wank with a freshly shaved cock just hits different 👌

I'd smile. I wouldn't embarrass myself by being outraged by it by assuming he meant to use them that evening or with me.

If he said he'd bought a french stick I wouldn't assume he expected me to eat it.

A middle aged man in sag... sorry lucky Y-fronts is a sight no woman under the age of 40 can resist.

Swoon a bit and feel my cotton panties become moist. Standard response.

here there and everywhere

Bringing condoms to a social… nothing wrong at all, it’s “just incase” but to announce it is just a no… I’d likely make a sarcastic remark and carry on the conversation as if it never happened, but lose any interest in contact with him again

Seriously though adding on the lucky underwear and ‘trimming’ would you begin to wonder he had an agenda and would you feel offended or uncomfortable

So Mr N are you going to tell us what it’s all about? Seeing if you did it right? Wondering how to conduct your next social? Entertaining yourself with the answers? 😂

I'd mention how I hadn't shaved below my neck for weeks, had a UTI and had diarrhoea earlier in the day, after my bath.

Unless he was really fit though, and I fancied a fuck

Noted! How did you feel?

I think either way it has the potential to feel pushy. It’s one thing to take them. It’s fair to mention if the conversation drifts onto this has gone well, are we both into taking it further today. But it’s an awkward way of initiating that conversation.

When women are pushy is just called being flirty, isn’t it?

Carlisle usually

I think he's pushing boundaries already established prior to the social and that he will continue to not respect my boundaries if I allow it to continue.

But, I know how defensive people get about things, and there's no point having a totally shit time for everyone.

I'll stick around for the social, I know I can be quick on the snap judgements, and so I like to give people a chance to prove they're better than what could just be a nervous slip. But I'd hold it in mind, and if it was 'joked' about at all during after that point it'd be a firm goodbye 💜

I'd remind him that we're needing for a social. It could potentially lead to never having another meet if he's not respectful of boundaries. It might be he's just nervous and regrets saying it
