I am partial to a cheese and tomato one on white bread

Granary bread is for ham salad sammich

I do love an egg and mayo one, on brown bread

The right bread to filling ratio is important and I do like them cut into little triangles if I'm feeling bouji, but normal squares is good, never rectangle ones though, too big

I’ve switched to bagels recently as I have a freezer full of them. I don’t have a toaster so I cook them on the Tawa, smother with spreadable Lurpak whilst still hot, and my most recent favourite is cheddar cheese, Parma ham, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil leaves lashings of extra-virgin olive oil I’m gonna have one shortly.
