what do you put in yours,

a little dash of olive oil,panchetta chorizo,onions and then mature cheddar in the middle.gonna make one now

Well i dont eat eggs but every so often i do fancy an omelette, in fact its usually my choice of lunch when we go out. I tend to have cheese and ham in mine but the salmon ones at cafe rouge are really nice

Had a lovely one on Monday. Mushrooms, Welsh Cheddar and..... saucisse do Montbeliard.... no less!!!

Three large eggs mixed and lightly fried on one side in olive oil and butter, throw in some chopped smoked salmon and fold in half.
