How much is too much ?

WATER....

Im presently drinking 3 to 4 ltrs of water with added lemon juice.

SLURpppppppp

i loves it but recent studies show you can have to much...

So how much is too much me wonders ???

1-2 ltrs of water per day is supposed to be the minimum one should imbibe. I struggle with 1 glass per day! Not a great fan of plain old water I have to say.

3-4 litres per day sounds a bit excessive to me

Is that how much you normally drink?

1.5-3 liters per day is what the medics usually recommend... my mother in law used to say excessive thirst was a sign of diabetes and used to try to restrict my kids intake of water. I think she was scared they would spill it on her doilies!

im not sure but be careful there have been bad results of drinking to much water, do so research first hun xx

I can drink due to dry mouth because of meds. hate it.

But i will cut back to about 3 ltrs...

I have dry mouth all the while due to meds i find brushing my teeth and garglng with mouthwash helps a lot

Dont know how long you had it for but you do kind of get used to it after a while. My speech is so slurred in the mornings its like im pissed but wears of a bit by lunchtime

I have procylodine to help my speech and it works a bit see if they will give you that. Theres lots of meds that you can get to conteract side affects. I have to take 24 tablets aday so side affects can get pretty bad

Think we taking the same amount of pills hun.

I get sooooooooo sick of them too.

I counted them up the other day and it came to 162 per wk.

Its where me rattle comes from

Well i just accept i have to take them, lots of people worse of than me and if i didnt take them id be a right mess,
