Love egg advice please

I’ve never used a remote control love egg before, I’ve just bought one today.

I’m going on a (please, kill me) work conference in a couple of weeks and I want to give them to my FWB to wear.

I’d love to surprise her with them first thing in the morning but we’re going out drinking in group afterwards so it’ll be a long day. We won’t actually get to fuck til the evening.

Would they be too uncomfortable to wear all day? Am I best to wait til the evening to slide them in? Any advice on how to make them as pleasurable as possible for her? Keen to hear if anyone has used them and their experiences.
