Fresh start here?

Im feeling like I need a new start here. Dont want to leave or change profile name, because id have to do new pics again and it was difficult enough first time round. Id llike some new friends to add to the few genuine ones I think ive got, but am a bit shy in sending messages to guys. Not shy once I meet them though. Any suggestions?

Delete the ' friends' you don't talk to , post more on here and gradually get a new set of people you can talk to

It makes it fresh - I think so anyway

I have decided to do the very same thing, most of the friends I have are chat friends, not friends I will meet for sex, it would be nice to have new friends to play with lol X

yes it would but there are one or two id like to meet again, but I know they dont want to, so its a hiding to nothing with those two.

yes it would, or just someone to grab a coffee with, I know for most its all about the sex, but we can get a drink too before - cant we? would love to know how you get on if you want to let me know and ill do the same

Dont know anyone, well one or 2 guys, but one ive just deleted off friends list and the other one, not my type, nice guy but wouldnt want to encourage him, even though he knows I wouldnt with him

Ask yourself what things you would like in a person you wish to meet here ? and put that down in your profile ...... Make that profile your wishes and hopes and you never know ... you may just get lucky . xxx There's some lovely people here and some so easy going and lovely to chat too. xxx And maybe get out to some clubs on a fab night xxx

I've recently changed a lot of my profile.. well all.. as now not meeting new single guys etc..

I was lucky enough to be introduced to some amazing people and now have a good network of people I count as proper friends as well as some great playmates.

But it took a huge leap of faith from me.... But wow, my life is great.

I have my lifestyle friends too.. and they are my rock in dark times.

Hang in there.. and really think about what you want.. it can be nerve wrecking.. but take those steps and the worst that can happen is someone say no.

Ive got 2 outside lifestyle friends who know abt this, yes well need to know some people really off here to have a introduction, but as someone suggested try the clubs but its not easy as im scared of going to them plus marriage is a bit of a problem re that, couldnt stay out late unless planned in advance ie night out with mates, yes involves lying to husband. Thank you for your good advice

Maybe you could gain some confidence within the chat rooms. Play eye spy as there's usually something for everyone, and i've made so many non sexual great connections (and sexual ) I too am from soton, and find the south east room very friendly. Good luck xx

Maybe try revamping your profile and pics - that often sparks some new interest.

Or do a local search and contact those that catch your eye. The worst thing that can happen is they say no thanks or delete your mail. Or you could end up with lots of yes pleases. You will never know until you try!

thnk you need to get out of the rut you seem to be in and stop moanng about the guys you want to meet again but who seem to not want to meet you.

It happensm not every meet will be a repeat for various reasons. accept that and move on, you seem to mention it n every post you make!

enjoy this site for what it is, fun!!! in your case a bit of an escape to. chat more, maybe fnd guys in the same boat as you who are lookng to meet at the same tmes etc

Try doing what the guys do and message them or a change.

Scorpiogirl - I've read a number of your posts in different threads over the last few weeks. You strike me as someone who is teetering on the top of what you perceive as a quite high fence. If you fell one way, there would be little chance of getting up over the fence back to where you were, but there is something considerable stopping you trying what is over the other side of that same fence.

Interesting that in your comment above, it's the first time that I've noticed you mention that your meets and playing require keeping your husband in the dark. Now that's none of my business or anyone else's, but I have a feeling that there is something connected with your relationship with him that you haven't 'worked through' in your own mind, which is affecting how things are going for you in your Swinging life. In short, you seem very hesitant about Swinging. I notice in your profile it seems that you want to keep to the safety of meeting quite locally to you. That may be for practical reasons (ie. no car!), but - in your case - I don't think that's it.

Have you, honestly, sat and thought exactly 'why' you.. 1. WANT to do this, and 2. ARE doing this - they're two different things.

At the end of the day, people can only give you suggestions - none of us (well, maybe a very small number) know you and only have your profile and your comments to go by. We can't give you solutions. They have to come from you...

Just have a serious think about what you're looking for from Swinging... and I do hope you find the answer...

I want to do this because Id like some male company regularly if it can be worked out. takes two for that lol. Im doing this because I want to, because I can and because well we all want sex in the end dont we? Not only the sex, connection too is important. I havent mentioned him before because I never felt the need but if im asked in msgs why im here i do say so and if they ask abt oh and him knowing i say that too. Im always honest with anyone who asks. No point hiding stuff. I cant travel out of area because I do not drive, am reliant on bus or I will be honest if a guy has a car then thats fine but if not well thats ok too. Hope that makes sense, does to me but if not then ok

I know this is going to sound chicken and yes I am chicken, but no transport and there are none in Southampton all got shut down and tbh they sounded a bit not very nice either
