We just got the go ahead for our new house!! So now begins the tiresome task of packing

But it's going to be so worth it as the house is lovely and feels really homely!

as someone who has moved 13 times in 17 years my advice is labels...I label everything and have never lost anything in a move. Labels on the doors of the rooms too. You may know which the spare room is but the removal guys may not...

Best part of moving is throwing away stuff that has accumulated and is not needed! I have moved 11 times and have become ruthless with junk stuff..if you have not seen it or needed it for a year, get rid of it!

Well we are not moving now!

As some of you may know, we moved in a bit of a hurry last year as we had a very poorly family member in Kent!

So took the first available property ( we are renting)

So we have only lived in Kent for a year!

We viewed a very nice property the other week, passed all the checks ects

Received an email offering us the property with a move in date of the 1/6

Received another email last night saying, although we had passed credit checks and our references were good, because we had only been in work down here for 11 months the owner doesn't want to go ahead with the agreement

So back to the drawing board!

Moving is the most stressful thing ever...I made the move from south wales up here and it was a complete nightmare.
