Depends on my mood but ham and cheese is a safe bet. Sometimes I like something a bit more exotic.

On a daily basis, I have "good" peanut butter on fruit bread.

If we're away from home, then a full English is nice.

A two-finger KitKat and my painkillers

I can't eat real food, except maybe a slice of toast, before mid day, but I'd eat a fry up around midday if someone else was cooking it.

I like porridge with golden syrup and banana if I can be bothered to make it.

Ryde

Cheerios - or at least the healthy own-brand varieties.

The choice is already made, it's quick to prepare/eat and quite good for you.

It all ends up as shit 12 hours later anyway, so why go terribly elaborate with it?
