I’ve only ever stayed over with my longest-serving (

) closest FWB, but we had a long long chat about my feelings etc. I worked a lot on reining them in and even took a break from each other. We still cuddle, but I take the lead as to how much affection goes etc. we chat, we chat a lot, for hours, and we care deeply for each other. But I am too damn old to be crying for unrequited love like a teenager, so self preservation kicks in.

With other people, I chat a lot and I do love having my inner thighs stroked

but I don’t go too deep because it is not good for me. I wouldn’t really spend the night with anyone I’d only met a couple of times etc.

Yeah, just see what feels right for the people involved I guess. 🙃

I'm not against just doing it, but if I can find a bit more of a happy time afterwards, I'll definitely take it .

I like nothing more than to just close my eyes and drift off with the warmth of somebody else next to me

It really is good therapy for the soul and lowers my stress levels a lot, too .

I've been single a long time and I very much miss intimacy. So I love a cuddle or a spoon after sex, even if it's casual sex and it feels right. I don't tend to initiate it as I know it isn't for everyone and I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable, but if the other person is open to it I definitely enjoy skin on skin contact. I am a very sensual and tactile person, I love having my skin and hair stroked, touching eachother etc. It is also a part of aftercare, especially after quite a rough or kink heavy session. I need it in those cases or I can drop pretty quickly.

For me personally, I don't like quick "fuck and go" meets they leave me feeling empty. So if there's no "cuddling" I at least need to lay together after for a good while and have a giggle and a chat. I need to feel respected and not like a human fleshlight.

But everyone does things differently and it's about whatever works for you.

Hell yes !. So difficult finding genuine folk on here now though, never mind those who tick most if not all our boxes. Many past meets were sadly fuck and go or even worse, utterly mislead into believing they wanted more as we do. Tony has a name for them now 'serial monogamists'. We like a connection, warmth, tactile affection, a developing naughty friendship and regular/frequent meets yet seemingly alone on here... Some of our fondest memories are of meets where we stayed over, bed hopping, falling asleep with someone's partner, breakfast together the next morning, sharing showers, planning the next meet !... So many seem afraid of developing a real and lasting connection, keeping themselves distant even when things get naughty or simply moving too fast towardsthe end goal.

Just read the replies, if overnight then yes spoons are pretty well tied down, aftercare.. I don't see cuddling as aftercare, I see it as something that each want, that feels nice without having sex.

It does depend if it's a one off meet or if you're fwb as you are obviously closer to buddies, so wouldn't be as awkward should you fancy it.

I've cuddled in clubs before. I had an experience with a Domme and her partner at a club and she made a point of spending ten minutes after cuddling and stroking me, giving me affirmations etc. Again, everyone does their own thing but I don't see cuddling in a club weird. Tho it tends to be more going to the bar together to decompress, have a drink and a cuddle on a settee maybe. "
I'd think with a kink meet if the aftercare is needed it's very different... I personally still don't want or need cuddles. We tend to only do group play... so not much place for cuddles or spooning in that situation. More head off for a shower, then Mr and i would have time together

It hasn't been a thing for us at playdates. Probably because it's a little bit too close to romantic feelings Vs lustful feelings.

For us playdates are to be approached like posh people approach mixed doubles tennis. A fun form of exercise for four as an addition to a growing friendship.

As a result there's never really cuddling, but there is definitely a breath catching moment after where people sort of just crash next to each other and giggle about what we just did.
