Bedworth

Notts county home shirt, about 1o years ago. That season we just escaped relegation. Following year I bought the away shirt, same story. Year after that home and away shirts. Saved from relegation on the last day of the season.

Can you see a pattern? I no longer buy shirts lol

Yes and he even managed to make lambchop Sideburns look cool too......

Not that I could grow them at that time.... but I did make a pair of stick on ones out of some electrical tape....

But the teachers wouldn't let me wear them as school during PE, which I thought was rather unfair!

Chelsea back in 72/73. Grandad bought it for me.

We had a family friend who worked at Lilywhites in the mid 70s. He nicked me the strip for every First Division team the time. All I wanted was the new Chelsea strip!

I thought the Leeds supporters song was great. It was so easy to learn.

We are Leeds

We are Leeds

My 3 brothers and I noticed Leeds V Sunderland FA cup final in 1973 & because we had been to Leeds we became fans. Before the next season had started we all had a Leeds kit-all with matching sock ties & numbers. My eldest brother was Peter Lorimer, next eldest Alan Clarke, my younger brotehr was Paul Reaney & I was Billy Bremner. I remember eating lots of ginger biscuits to try & be ginger like him & I didn't even like them. I'm glad now that it didn't work!

Arsenal from the mid 70's.

A slight change from the norm. Who has or had the most unusual strip / top?

I have a shirt from a team called "Red Star 93" from the suburbs of Paris.

1992 west ham home kit, didn't support a team and then I Saw Julian Dicks take one of his famous netbuster penalties on the telly and from then on I've been forever blowing bubbles.
