Muscles and joints in particular. How do you relieve yours? I had my bath removed from my bathroom long ago, worst decision I ever made.

I really need some idle fingers to be put to work on my hip (eye catching nails not compulsory, but a bonus )

Buy two long hot water bottles and rest your arms or legs on top of them. I just this when I get restless arms or legs

I take painkillers, they don't help much though but better than not taking them.

I occasionally have a sports massage for my shoulders, it's really good.

My husband sometimes massages my back.

I train heavy in the gym and will get regular aches/pains

I warm up my elbows using abit of deep heat especially in winter and ice packs on joints after a heavy weight session.

I try to stretch regularly but this often gets missed.i recommend people stretching even if not training

I visit a chiropractor whenever I need to and have sports massages a few times a year

I take magnesium, cod liver oil, multi vitamins and glucosamine

I'm ped free. I have considered but lazy with checking bloods/blood pressure

Find your lymphatic points and massage them hard with your fingers or a tennis ball against a wall if its in a hard to reach place like your back, also get an ice bath for home and take a 10 minute dip every day. And drink lots of water.

I love having a sports massage, it's painful but helps so much.

Redhill

Buy a massage chair, and plenty of stretching. And keep on the move.
